Collaborated with lead designer on redesign of the search tool on Verizon's desktop site. Resulted in a 20% increase in engagement and prompted further enhancements within a year.

After the success of the enhanced search tool, I collaborated with team on exploring the expansion of search to in-page sections of the My Verizon Online experience. This did not leave the exploration phase.
